I am a 73 year old male and had a vasectomy done when I was 35 and want to know what you think about the success of doing a reversal on me. I have high blood pressure and am overweight but strong.

Statistically, vasectomy reversal is not advised for patients being 65 years old or more and having vasectomy for more than 25 years. You should be checked if you still have sperm in the testes, then go straight to invitro fertilization with sperm retrieved from the testes or the epididymes.
